  • For legal DNA testing and certain services, additional documentation may be required to meet compliance standards.

TESTING POLICY

  • All testing procedures are conducted following certified and professional standards.
  • Legal DNA testing follows strict chain-of-custody procedures to ensure results are admissible in court.

MOBILE & ON-SITE SERVICES

  • Mobile services are available for individuals, businesses, and group testing.
  • Additional travel fees may apply depending on location and scheduling requirements.

RESULTS TURNAROUND

Turnaround times vary depending on the service:

  • Rapid tests: Same-day results
  • Laboratory tests: Typically 2–5 business days

Delays may occur due to lab processing or external factors.

NO REFUND POLICY

  • All services are non-refundable once testing has been completed.
